Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager to:
✨ Oversee customer success,
✨ Nurture client relationships, and
✨ Ensure high satisfaction levels among our customers.
This role involves managing ongoing projects, preparing monthly reports 📊, and ensuring we deliver on our commitments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and skilled in building trust and transparency with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Customer Success Management:
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Product & Delivery).
- Provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns proactively.
📋 Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting progress, deliverables, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand and address customer needs.
🤝 Relationship Building:
- Build long-lasting client relationships based on trust and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships by introducing additional services.
📌 Delivery Assurance:
- Monitor project milestones and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in tech or AgTech.
✅ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
✅ Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) in English.
✅ Proficiency in creating professional reports and presentations.
✅ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
✅ Familiarity with HubSpot and Agri-business challenges (a plus).
