Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Executive to own and grow Magoya's engagement with a global leader in agricultural technology in Brazil. This is a dedicated, full-time role focused on one high-impact strategic account with the mission of deepening the relationship, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring our client continues to get maximum value from the partnership. The ideal candidate is equally strong in relationship management and strategic thinking, able to navigate complex organizations and turn every interaction into an opportunity to add value.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between Magoya and the client, owning the day-to-day relationship at all levels.
Deeply understand the client's business goals, challenges, and internal dynamics to proactively identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute an account growth plan that expands Magoya's scope and impact within the account.
Anticipate needs before they become requests β bringing ideas, solutions, and proposals that strengthen the partnership.
Collaborate closely with the Field Adoption, CX, and Communication teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring Magoya's teams are always aligned with the client's priorities.
Track account health, engagement levels, and growth metrics β reporting regularly to leadership.
Represent Magoya at client meetings, events, and strategic reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
β Based in Brazil.
β Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
β 4β6 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships β preferably in AgTech or tech services.
β Proven ability to grow and retain complex, high-value accounts.
β Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
β Strategic thinker with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
β High comfort level with digital tools and CRM platforms.
β Advanced English required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within or alongside large agricultural companies or OEMs.
Familiarity with the precision agriculture landscape in Brazil.
Background in consulting, business development, or managed services.
