Role Overview:
We are looking for a Onboarding & Adoption Specialist Sr based in Brazil to build from scratch the system that closes the gap between what our product can do and what users actually use. You will design the full customer journey, build onboarding playbooks, and integrate AI tools to scale the experience across thousands of clients in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Architecture:
• Design and implement end-to-end onboarding for high-complexity clients (farmers, dealers, operators).
• Map the full customer journey and identify critical drop-off and low-adoption moments.
• Build modular onboarding playbooks anchored in real use cases, not generic software training.
AI Integration & Automation:
• Integrate AI tools into the process: intelligent knowledge bases, support agents, journey automation.
• Analyze usage patterns to generate data-driven adoption interventions.
Customer Success & Research:
• Define customer success metrics and build tracking dashboards (adoption rate, health score, engagement).
• Conduct research with real users to convert friction and observed behavior into actionable hypotheses.
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to close the loop between field insights and product decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, implementation, or technical solutions at software or tech companies.
• Proven track record of building onboarding or adoption programs from scratch — bring the artifact you created.
• AI-native in production: you use Cursor, Claude Code, GPTs, n8n/Make/Zapier or similar tools daily.
• Behavioral UX mindset: you can map journeys, identify friction, and design interventions.
• Ability to read complex operational data and translate it into process decisions.
• Real autonomy: you identify problems before they're flagged to you.
• Based in Brazil — this role serves the Brazilian market and may require occasional onsite work.
• Native Portuguese. Fluent Spanish. Professional English. All three are required.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in AgTech, agriculture, or industries with distributed field operations in Brazil.
• Background in digital adoption consulting or enterprise tech transformation.
• Experience building support teams or networks at scale in Brazil.
• Knowledge of platforms like Gainsight, Intercom, or Salesforce.
• Experience at a product consultancy or high-impact startup with a small team.
