Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with experience in backend development and cloud deployment to join our passionate and agile team. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable microservices, integrating external APIs, and working with serverless functions on AWS. You’ll collaborate closely with product, data, and operations teams to deliver meaningful technology solutions for the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and JHipster.
• Design and deploy serverless functions (AWS Lambda) for geospatial data processing.
• Build and optimize data pipelines integrating multiple external sources. 
• Perform unit, performance, and behavioral testing. 
• Work cross-functionally with the product team to enhance user experience. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
• Experience working in AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, etc.).
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS,
• MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Strong communication skills and an intermediate to advanced level of English.
