Role Overview: Leading Complex Ag Digital Product Projects

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with cross-functional teams, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Success in this role requires excellent organization, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced AgTech company focused on US-based digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, leadership, and clients.
• Represent Magoya with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clear and results are achieved.
• Champion agile practices and continuous improvement in digital product management practices.
• Monitor progress, generate project reports, and communicate status transparently to all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications for Sr Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in digital product or technology environments.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and other modern project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with clients in the US and managing deliverables for international projects.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications for AgTech Project Leadership

• Experience in AgTech, agri-business solutions, or digital product innovation.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar professional certification.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
