Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Presales Solution Architect to join our team. This strategic position plays a vital role in the sales process by providing expert technical guidance to potential clients and ensuring that our solutions meet their business requirements. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong technical background, capable of building trust and delivering value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and demonstrate how they can address specific client challenges.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients through presentations, demos, and consultations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- RFP/RFI Responses: Lead the preparation of technical responses for requests for proposals and information, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to stay updated on the latest product features and enhancements.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement of our offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or related roles within a technology-driven company.
✔ Deep understanding of software solutions and their applications in the AgTech industry is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to meet client needs effectively.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
✔ Proficiency in solution design tools and platforms.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in providing technical guidance in a sales capacity.
- Familiarity with AgTech solutions and the challenges faced by Agri-businesses.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
