Role Overview:

We are looking for a Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding and training of retailers using Xarvio FIELD MANAGER. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth digital transition for customers, providing guidance, and strengthening relationships to drive successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in successfully integrating Xarvio FIELD MANAGER into their daily operations.
• Accompany agronomists on farmer/customer visits to facilitate onboarding.
• Partner with the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER commercial team to target key geographies and agronomists.
• Collaborate with local BASF contacts to enable strong partnerships.

Delivery Assurance:

• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs and training sessions.
• Provide feedback to the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER UI/UX team for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular evaluations of the onboarding process and suggest enhancements.
• Assist in data ingestion as needed to support a seamless customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Based in USA or Canada
✔ Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
✔ 2-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or agricultural-related fields.
✔ High comfort level with digital tools and data management.
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
✔ Preferred locations: Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg/Brandon

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BASF product portfolio.
• Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and training.
• Ag retail experience.
