Role Overview:
We are looking for a Engagement Specialist Manager to lead and support a team of specialists responsible for onboarding retailers into Xarvio FIELD MANAGER. This role ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding process, improves customer experience, and aligns team efforts with company goals. The manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive success and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Relationship Building:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Engagement Specialists.
- Coordinate with local BASF contacts and the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER commercial team to strengthen partnerships and targeted efforts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure engagement and motivation.
📌 Delivery Assurance:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
- Oversee the development and execution of training sessions and onboarding programs.
- Ensure specialists effectively assist customers in integrating xarvio FIELD MANAGER into their business operations.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify and address challenges within the onboarding process to improve efficiency.
- Provide insights to the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER UI/UX team for continuous improvement.
- Assist in data management and other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Proven experience in team management or leadership roles, preferably in onboarding, training, or agriculture-related fields.
✔ Strong proficiency with digital tools and data management.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
✔Preferred locations: Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg/Brandon
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BASF product portfolio.
- Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and training.
- Ag retail experience.
