Role Overview:

We are seeking an Agricultural Expert based in the USA with proven experience in the use and application of the following tools and technologies within precision agriculture and data management

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate in product development, participating in Discovery and Ideation stages, as well as in the creation of wireframes and designs, bringing technical agronomic knowledge and an understanding of the users' idiosyncrasies to the table. 

Act as a translator during the discovery process, interpreting the technical language used. 

Assist in the ideation of solutions while ensuring alignment with technical language and agricultural processes. 

Collaborate in the UX/UI process alongside the designer to create user-adapted proposals. 

Participate in the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept testing to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of new technological solutions. 

Work closely with project teams to define agronomic technical requirements and ensure the effective implementation of solutions.

Agricultural Data Management: Collaborate with the PM and PO in managing specific agricultural data (yield databases, product performance, maps, and management zones, etc.) for solution development and ongoing maintenance in an evolutionary process.

Training and Development: Support the growth and development of internal teams to build and strengthen our expertise in agriculture.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree: Agricultural Engineering (or Agronomy), with specialization in Precision Agriculture, Remote Sensing, or similar fields.

Location: United States.

Experience: Ag Market knowledge (Row crops and/or intensive crops) - Hands-on work with remote sensing tools, data-driven crop modeling, GIS systems, and digital farm management platforms.

Skills: Team work, strong agtech product improvement skills, analytical capabilities, spatial data interpretation, and decision-making support through digital platforms.
